WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

WHEN DO YOU INTRODUCE NEW PRODUCTS?
We are gradually working to expand our collection in our areas of expertise, but we do not announce specific release dates of new designs. We add new designs regularly.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We aim to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of placing them.

After you receive the shipping email, you will find detailed tracking information to follow the progress of your order. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

ARE THERE ALSO GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE?
You can find this under the SHOP menu Gift Card, or in the footer at the bottom of the Customer Service list. Immediately available for the recipient when ordering or you can set a date when the Gift Card is received, you can also add a personalized text. Different amounts are available.

ORDERS & RETURNS
MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT NOW?
There are a few reasons why an order can be returned to sender, but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other cases are that the package was not picked up by customs. You will receive a message once the order has arrived at our location.
New shipping charges will be applied to orders originally entered with an incorrect address.
WHAT IF AN ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But don't worry! We'll cover the cost of resending a replacement order for you.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to info@zone.com and we will be happy to send you a replacement item free of charge.
HOW ARE RETURNS HANDLED IF THERE ARE QUALITY CONCERNS?
Any returns or issues arising from an error on our part will be at our expense.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?
If the recipient address is incorrect, you will be responsible. Usually the package will be returned to the return address.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, your order may not have been processed successfully or you may have provided the wrong email address.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link so you can track your order.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
We understand that circumstances can change, but our commitment to fast processing means that we are already working hard to prepare your order for dispatch as soon as it is received. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to double check their orders before completing payment.

Europe: No import duties are charged and VAT is included.
